We refresh the rooms that the listing photography lives or dies on, replace the props guests photograph for Instagram, and relaunch the listing within four weeks. The owner spends a fraction of a renovation budget and gets most of the lift.
Why most owners get stuck
Owners over-invest in structural changes that guests never notice and under-invest in the linens, lamps, art, and plants that actually carry the photography. The result is a villa that looks tired in listing thumbnails and prices below comparable properties.
A full renovation is rarely the answer. The lift comes from a focused restage of three or four rooms, paired with a re-shoot. Done right, occupancy and ADR move within one quarter, and the spend pays back inside a year.

Walk-through and shot list

Re-shoot and relaunch
Once the restage is complete, the photographer returns for the proper shoot. New images replace old ones across every channel within seven days, with a tracked relaunch announcement.

We deliver linens, props, art, and plants over three days. The stylist installs and styles each room, with you in the loop on the items that stay.
Re-shoot
A full architectural shoot at the right time of day per room: golden-hour exteriors, mid-morning interiors, dusk pool. Drone if the property warrants it.
