Saka Villa Estates was founded in 2014 in Seminyak, by two people who couldn't find a villa manager they would trust with their own home. Ayu Pratiwi grew up in the family of a small Sanur guesthouse and spent ten years running rooms at five-star resorts in Ubud and Nusa Dua. Marco Bianchi crossed over from European hotel finance, then bought his first Bali villa in 2010 and learned, the hard way, what good and bad management looked like.
We started Saka because every owner we knew had the same complaint: a portal that took the booking, a cleaner who never showed, and a quarterly statement nobody could read. We wanted villas to be run like the small luxury hotels we'd worked at: named team members, written standards, and an owner who can text anyone at any hour and get a real answer.
Twelve years and sixty villas later, we're proud of two things. The owners who started with one villa and trusted us with their second and third. And a Bali team, most of them with us five years or more, who treat each property like it carries their family name.
